Coral Cay Luxury Holidays is one of our businesses, which we have been developing for
some time now.
I am Dawn and my husband is Michael and over the last 25 years we have been working
with our partners David and Denise to create services of quality within any field that we are
in.
We live in England and most of our properties are there or Spain.
Michael and I first visited Florida back in 1997 and we immediately fell in love with the
place. Over the years we would return and after many stories of our great vacations David
and Denise went to see for themselves how brilliant Florida is.
It was not until 2006 we decided to expand our property business to holiday homes
overseas. We took our time in finding the right resort for us and we finally found it in 2006.
Coral Cay when we first saw it was just a plot of land with a lake in the middle and a few
properties under construction. However, this planned lakeside holiday resort with its own
on site management team and 24-hour security, set just off the 192 between markers 14
and 15 was ideally situated for holiday rentals. With Disney just 5 miles away, Wal-Mart
virtually on your doorstep just a mile down the road. Our favourite restaurants Lone Star,
Outback and Smokey Bones within 15 minutes and numerous shopping and outlet malls like
Prime Outlet and The Loop also within a 15 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is just an hour away
and so are Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona.
Like I said Coral Cay has its own management team on site. That was important to us.
Visiting Florida or America for the first time can be a little daunting as we ourselves can
remember all those years ago, so a friendly face on site with someone to answer a
question ticked another box for us.
Janet, Jeanette, Julian and Anthony are all friendly and helpful members of the team. Their
job is to make sure your stay with us is +Magical+
The Clubhouse has many facilities like billiards, air-hockey or arcade games.
There is also a large comfortable lounge area with a large flat screen T.V. (ideal for
parents while their children are playing the games)
You can also see a movie of your choice in the mini theatre, which has a large screen and
big comfortable reclining chairs.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available from the clubhouse also.
Outside you have the lakeside pool, kiddie splash pool and a spa. There are two children+s
play areas, walking /jogging paths and volleyball courts.
Our vision for Coral Cay is one of quality and superb service and attention to detail. Our
customers are welcome to make requests for services like welcome food packs, or car
pick-ups from the airport. Celebrating a special event, well we can arrange champagne,
flowers or a birthday cake.
